I love my course due to the confidence it has given me. It’s made me step back and concentrate on what is important to me and how I can develop in my role.
The course is structured very well - in 3 month blocks initially.
The support I receive from my employer has been very humbling. Director’s have take time out of their day to assist with knowledge and experience in chosen areas. I have made a lot of new contacts and connections due to the course and content.
As much or as little as I need. There are extra support classes which are tailored to your needs and 1-2-1,s available if needed.
