- Catching up with key stakeholders across the week to ensure compliance on key workstream deadlines - Completing update packs on the overall programme to senior sponsors - Presenting updates to senior stakeholders - Hosting a montly workload session with the keystakeholders - Ensuring risks and issues are realised and mitigated in line with the key stakeholders.
At this stage, its very early in my development of my apprenticeship. However, there as been some key learning that I have taken away and introduced into my ways of working. Such as leadership models and the structure of a project from engagement to BAU. Also, I have found some fundamental leanings with the English and Math which has development my exisiting skills.
I enjoy the programme. However, I feel the workload is more than expected.
The programme is structured well within the platform used by LifeTime. Feedback would be the timings on when workload will appear in the calendar, workload will still be activated on a weekend as an example.
My employer does give me some support to complete the course.
I have fairly regular check-in's with my coach.
