I manage a team of nine Contact Center Agents. I report daily on the Teams call statistics and budget management.

I have learnt allot of new ways of working when it comes to spotting & implementing new processes.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I fully enjoy working on my course. My job role is very demanding and busy and it can be hard to turn off at times to study but it is always worth it in the end.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very organised. You have confidence in the Teachers and the company that they know what they are doing when it comes to supporting you through the course.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

Full support, they want the best for you.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Fantastic support, always there to help whenever is needed.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It's helping me slow down and think allot more about how i can implement new processes in the Team, how any changes will effect the Team and best ways of working through this.

Poundland is such an amazing company to work for. It feels like a family, you are cared for and everyone works hard for the business. Their is a real passion from all to make Poundland even better than it already is.

Research on Poundland's history, we are all very proud of how far we have come.
