  • I deal with all sorts of queries, complaints, investigations, disciplinaries, appeals and grievances.

  • Yes to both. I feel I have developed greatly in my role due to the continuous training from Lifetime.

  • It is very time consuming. I do enjoy the programme however sometimes feel I am rushing to complete work.

  • Very well structured. All of my assignments have time frames and set dates. The courses are structured, help is available when needed.

  • My employer is very supportive. It is a struggle to complete the work during work time.

  • I receive a lot of support. My coach is always available for checkins and runs ad hoc groups for extra support.

  • The course is very hard, however I am sticking with it as I believe it is helping me greatly with my role an how to conduct myself within the workplace.

  • Yes, there are some ad hoc extra curricular activities that colleagues can get involved with.
