I deal with all sorts of queries, complaints, investigations, disciplinaries, appeals and grievances.
Yes to both. I feel I have developed greatly in my role due to the continuous training from Lifetime.
It is very time consuming. I do enjoy the programme however sometimes feel I am rushing to complete work.
Very well structured. All of my assignments have time frames and set dates. The courses are structured, help is available when needed.
My employer is very supportive. It is a struggle to complete the work during work time.
I receive a lot of support. My coach is always available for checkins and runs ad hoc groups for extra support.
The course is very hard, however I am sticking with it as I believe it is helping me greatly with my role an how to conduct myself within the workplace.
Yes, there are some ad hoc extra curricular activities that colleagues can get involved with.
