dealing with engineering teams managing the stock for all Remedial maintenance requests, PPMs, Uniforms, liaising with managers and engineers to ensure smooth running of supply lines. Working with capital projects and procurement to reduce trust expenditure.
Well the course has opened my eyes to interesting ideas when it comes to management, and using emotional intelligence rather than actual intelligence.
I have been liaising with my Personal trainer, and she has been able to answer my enquiries when i raise them and is supportive of my progress.
I have only been on the program for a month and a half, and although It is all scheduled out, unfortunately becuase of my work commitments it has slid a bit.
My employer was very supportive of me undertaking the apprenticeship and have suggested it will enhance my progression chances when I look to move into the next banding. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, My work training balance has had to be realigned somewhat to cover additional workloads.
My Trainer has been very supportive, and i cannot praise mine enough she is an amazing PT.
The knowledge and experience I get from the apprenticeship will enhance my chances of progression. as I continue to grow and improve myself.
I have made significant enhancements by working with some of the extra curricular activities.
Yes
not only do I feel apart of the great NHS machine helping patients around the trust, but as an employer they look after their staff, and have many support networks in place to help them when ever needed.
Go for it, apply, be honest and open, If you are able to do the job they will take you onboard.
