  • My job role involves managing and updating patient records and dealing with confidential information. I support the clinicians with the admin side of their role.

  • I have learnt a lot of new skills including communication and time management.

  • I enjoy the programme very much as it is structured and my tutor is very supportive and informative. My manager also supports me in completing the course whilst working which is very beneficial and kind of her.

  • My programme is very structured and organised. I feel I am able to comfortably work and complete my course at the same time without feeling overwhelmed.

  • My manager supports me very much with the course and encouraged me to start it in the first place.

  • Paragon and my tutor are very supportive and informative. If I ever need anything, I can always ask without feeling like a burden.

  • My qualification applies to my job role is many ways. I am able to use what I learnt in my daily tasks. I feel more confident in my own job role because of the course.

  • Paragon Skills are very engaging. The course I am doing is easily manageable and I don’t ever feel overwhelmed.
