  • Senior HR Advisor - providing employee relations advice and coaching to managers on a daily basis.

  • I have both enhanced existing skills and learnt new ones for my job - it has exceeded my learning expectations.

  • I have found the programme both enjoyable and challenging - again it has exceeded my expecations.

  • The programme is well organised and structured with a lot of content to cover.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I am receiving a lot of suppport from my employer and my manager, including time for supervision and one to ones.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The training provider provides a tutor who meets with me regularly - at least once a month as well as meeting monthly with me and my manager. She has been wonderful - providing support outside of these regular meetings too.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It has already made a difference in my coaching and daily interactions with managers - key to my role.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes, the Trust is a large organisation with many networking and social events as well as one recently for colleagues on apprenticeship programmes.

  • Yes

  • It has been an excellent learning environment and I have very much appreciated the support with the apprenticeship to further develop my skills.

  • Take advantage of all the learning opportunities you will find available at the Trust, no matter where you are on your career path.
