I work in HR as an administrator and I am responsible for processing changes of current employees, such as their change in role, their pay and resignation.
My apprenticeship has helped me to grow in confidence and to learn more about the strategic side of HR.
I am really enjoying learning my level 5 as it is helping me gain confidence in my role
It takes place on Bud and is really clear on tasks
I am really supported well and given tasks to do so I can develop my skills
My provider provides great support through communication when I am stuck and in meetings by providing me with ideas.
It is helping me gain leadership skills by offering my opinion based on what I have learnt. It is also helping me look at the whole picture in HR rather than just my role.
Yes there are team events and networking.
Yes
It is structured really well and the providers are really helpful
