  • I work in HR as an administrator and I am responsible for processing changes of current employees, such as their change in role, their pay and resignation.

  • My apprenticeship has helped me to grow in confidence and to learn more about the strategic side of HR.

  • I am really enjoying learning my level 5 as it is helping me gain confidence in my role

  • It takes place on Bud and is really clear on tasks

  • I am really supported well and given tasks to do so I can develop my skills

  • My provider provides great support through communication when I am stuck and in meetings by providing me with ideas.

  • It is helping me gain leadership skills by offering my opinion based on what I have learnt. It is also helping me look at the whole picture in HR rather than just my role.
