Assisting and learning from operators, completing tasks from college trainers and further understanding business roles and processes.
Various practical skills including, crimping, equipment use and communication skills I have picked up and improved greatly upon.
Very much as it affords me the opportunity to work and gain industry knowledge while learning specifics about electronics.
The programme is set up well to work with a mix of college days and work days. College days are well structured with a class timetable and work days are clearly defined with a specific work assignments working alongside operators.
Support is given when required and requested.
Plenty of support is given and more support can be acquired if needed.
Much of the content covered in college is directly comparable to workplace assignments as well as practical skills. However a large portion of the content is not relevent.

Good social opportunities within the workplace as well as interesting work without too much pressure. A great place if you value quality and have an eye for detail.
practical skills are desirable and show you have a strong work ethic.
