Yes - I have expanded my knowledge of electronics and electronic components through college, and at work I've developed an understanding of how the electrical system of aircraft works, and how to make the management panels.
Everyone at GE is very friendly and always happy to help, which makes the programme quite enjoyable. It's also interesting to learn about new things that I wouldn't otherwise.
The programme is very well organised - We have planned out rotations and we're always kept in the loop through updates and frequent meetings with managers.
I have received a lot of support from GE in regards to work-related issues
We get a lot of support from college if we need it
