My role is to overhaul aircraft engines. This includes the maintenance, repair, assembly and testing of the engines.
Yes. Many skills including tooling and equipment and I have improved my general hand skills. Also, my problem solving skills.

My programme is really organised. I always know what to expect in the near future an I am always kept up to date.
A lot of support is offered via my employer.
All the help I ever need is offered. There is always someone willing to give up their time to help me.
It helps significantly in day to day activities at work. I have a better understanding of roles and responsibilities, know the standard of work and how to produce high quality work.
There are a few STEM events and activities that allow to you develop your skills.

It is a great to place to work. It is the future of flight and to be a part of such a big industry is a privilege.
