  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • For the majority, my programme is structured very well, we had a set out 8 week onboarding calendar when we first joined, we had a lay out of our first year and what to expect and when I started my 2nd year I was equipped with the tools I needed to move onwards.

  • 9a. Would you recommend GE Aerospace to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Not only would I but I already have recommended a friend which the company hired. It is a great company for apprenticeships as it offers you so much experience and learning to take you much further than a degree alone can take you.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to GE Aerospace?
  • Be yourself, be interested in the company and the people you meet, be confident and be friendly.
