  • HR management, i look after the frontline support teams that provide generalist support to management and retail team members across the business.

  • I have grown my network and now understand that there are a variety of ways to improve overall business performance through HR strategy. Linking our people plan to key outputs applies a continued focus.

  • I enjoyed the apprenticeship as a whole, I particularly enjoyed the networking and face to face elements.

  • The programme was well organised and structured. I progress tracked well alongside my role.

  • I had lots of support from my employer, from line management to the wider HR team offering time and opportunities to refining my learning and experiences.

  • I received a good level of support, as and when I needed it.

  • I believe that the training I have had has given me the confidence to act as an HR professional which in turn drives my overall performance in my role.

  • I am involved in several networks outside of the office, notably MSSF.

  • I believe that the environment is largely positive and there are opportunities to progress given the right drive and output.

  • Focus on people, All our roles have a significant importance on engagement, regardless of the role. If our people are happy, we in turn can offer great experiences to our guests.
