  • Look after 13 pubs and their respective Managers and team, responsible for health & safety, legal, licensing, recruitment and relations, financial and KPI performance of those 13 businesses.

  • Yes absolutely, it has been great being exposed to academic theory and writing and seeing how this supports my experience over the years in my career. I have developed lots of my skills and behaviours such as communication, time management etc.

  • It’s been great, the lecturers, faculty and support team are extremely helpful and it’s good to get away from the day job.

  • Well structured, with flexibility available too.

  • Huge amount, they support time needed and expenses to make it happen, they can be very supportive when you might struggle to manage workload.

  • MMU, the lecturers, faculty and support team are extremely understanding of our day jobs and provide flexibility and support when needed.

  • Exposes me to experiences I otherwise wouldn’t have.
