    • My role as a maintenance apprentice is to gain experience with line running maintenance and take on different projects. I also have college one day a week

    • I have learnt many new skills including robot programming, plc programming and many social skills

    • I enjoy this programme thoroughly, it has allowed me to express myself and enjoy going to work to learn something I am interested

    • The structure is well organised with regularly updated placement plans to allow you to know where you are going.

    • I receive a lot of support from my employer, whether that be college or work based.

    • The training providers are good and support you if needed

    • It helps with the foundation however the work place experience is more valuable.

    • I play football in the week days after work with colleagues.
