  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel confident that what I learn through my college is helping me to perform better in my role. I can apply what I have learnt to the work I do on my role which helps me to understand the processes better. Furthermore, I know a lot of legislation behind the role which helps to provide context. I don't believe that I would have this much knowledge without my training provider.
