Typical developer experience of scrum in the morning, pair programming/solo work afterwards. Working alongside fellow Apprentices and Grads, along with regular employees. Some time to do portfolio write up for Makers.

C#, Azure, Scrum, Entity Framework and much more learned.

Really nice team, good work/life balance.

Very well structured. We have a good idea of what the future is.

Lots of support. Very friendly, and attentive.

Regular check ins via Slack and meetings.

It wouldn't be possible without it.

Not loads. Mainly site visits or engineering talks.

Research the place and it's mission. Be a good communicator, and eager to learn.
