  • Typical developer experience of scrum in the morning, pair programming/solo work afterwards. Working alongside fellow Apprentices and Grads, along with regular employees. Some time to do portfolio write up for Makers.

  • Really nice team, good work/life balance.

  • Very well structured. We have a good idea of what the future is.

  • Regular check ins via Slack and meetings.

  • Not loads. Mainly site visits or engineering talks.

  • Great staff, work life balance. Rewarding place to work.

  • Research the place and it's mission. Be a good communicator, and eager to learn.
