  • Yes, I have been trained up to be a duty manager so I have learned many managerial skills while also developing my existing skills

  • It's alright but too much e learning, not engaging and has no workshops

  • Not much since no one takes the apprenticeship so my pub manager who is my employer has no idea how to support me
