    • I review and manager cost on the contracts and work closely with the whole team internally and externally.

    • I have learnt many new skills as I have never worked in this industry before. I also have a very knowledgeable team to work with.

    • I love the programme I am on, I find it exciting and interesting.

    • Very highly organised with many people available to help

    • I receive all the support I need.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • My training provider has been unorganised on occasion and support has been lacklustre however HS2 are always able to assist.

    • I feel like I learn equally off both so very helpful either side.

    • I have gotten involved in a football team and we have special dues and events including the RICS.

    • Yes

  • 9b. Why?

    • It is organised and they understand the needs of an apprentice. Your never overloaded with pressure and someone is always available to help.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Hs2?

    • Get involved and network to know and understand what is happening.
