  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme was well organised and structured in the layout of the modules that I had to complete. Each month had a different section of activities to complete throughout the programme, which helps to keep you motivated and on track with the work. • There was a good level of support from my employer, I had a support coach who helped throughout my modules. • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • At my workplace we sometimes hold supplier training days which are helpful for both colleagues and customers. This helps to encourage everyone to get involved and learn more about different products that are available, as well as their uses and technical application for customers to understand. Having a better understanding of products helps to build better customer relationships.
