yes, learning a lot, that is relivant too my job role..it gives you a overview of everything you may get too deal with in your day to day experience..

i am learning which i enjoy.. theories of every day things.. way you learn, how too approach things

every day availablity of my coach is outstanding..updates all the time

i dont get much support from manager area manager too, i seem too be battling against time too do the course.. which the encouraged me to par take in.. time isnt a option at work, so most of the time, i have to cram it into my working day, or try and do it at home..

it does help alot, gives you more understanding of the place you are working
