Customer Support Engineer - Supporting customer enquires from around the globe via email, phone, and site visits - providing technical support for all ASCO/Froment Load Bank and Dynamometer products.
Gaining more job experience, improving my communication skills, as well as deepening my technical expertise.
I firmly enjoy my programme but it can be challenging and dense in content, while the study-work-life balance can be at times extremely overwhelming and stressful.
Thanks to the university I am studying at, my program is structured well enough.
As I have joined my apprenticeship as an employee (not an apprentice), I have been held responsible for all of the responsibilities I always was before starting my apprenticeship. The incorporation of my apprenticeship into my current role is not great and the study-work-life balance can be at times stressful.
The University of Warwick WMG is generally very good at supporting its students with all the training they will need to complete their qualifications.
