Level 4 Technical & Engineering (Quality, Technical & Project Management) Apprenticeship

Schneider Electric’s Level 4 Technical & Engineering (Quality, Technical & Project Management) Apprentice Pathway offers the opportunity for Apprentices to gain experience within areas of Project Management, Quality Control and Engineering.

What Apprenticeship Opportunities does this Pathway offer?

Hub Execution Apprentice (Leeds, Hybrid)

Undertake a 24-month programme at Schneider’s Leeds site where you will be provided with on-the-job training in project management whilst working towards a Level 4 Associate Project Manager Qualification delivered by MBKB.

Quality Engineer Apprentice (Scarborough, Plant Based)

Undertake a 15-month programme at Schneider’s Scarborough site where you will be provided with on-the-job training in continuous quality improvement whilst working towards a Level 4 Quality Practitioner Qualification delivered by MBKB.

Quality Engineer Apprentice (Telford, Plant Based)

Undertake a 15-month programme at Schneider’s Telford Hub where you will be provided with on-the-job training in continuous quality improvement whilst working towards a Level 4 Quality Practitioner Qualification delivered by MBKB.

Digital Energy Technical Apprentice (National, Travelling Appointment)

Undertake a 3-year programme where you will be provided with on-the-job training in the field of energy management and controls for Smart Buildings and Smart Electrical Infrastructure whilst working towards a Level 4 Building Energy Management Systems Qualification delivered by the Building Controls Industry Association.

Entry Requirements

This Pathway is open to applicants with 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above. Please note, the Digital Energy Technical Apprenticeship Opportunity within this Pathway requires an additional GCSE in a STEM-related subject at Grade 4/C or above.

The Digital Energy Technical Apprentice role also requires the holding of a valid UK Driving Licence.

Please note, Qualification Requirements can be ‘predicted’, however, must be ‘actual’ by the start date on September 2nd, 2024.

  • The ability to work as a team member and possess good interpersonal, communication and literacy skills.
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and commit.
  • High level of flexibility and dependability Positive attitude.

Future Prospects

After completing an Apprenticeship, performance pending, Apprentices will successfully transition into a permanent position with the team/business they have worked in as an Apprentice.
