  • Commissioning new projects on a variety of sites across the region including panel upgrades and new systems

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Working towards a degree level qualification, also completing BCIA modules. I have learnt how to commission and upgrade sites to new standards, getting the experience can be difficult sometimes but when it lands the quality is second to none

  • I really enjoy the programme i am enrolled in as its offering me fantastic learning opportunities and hands on experience when it is available

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is becoming more and more structured and organized as it progresses more learning opportunities are coming up all the time with more guidance on what i need to learn at each stage

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a large amount of support from my employer especially with university sometimes when finding opportunities to wok and learn there is less support in finding jobs that offer specific learning criteria

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My training provider sometimes offers great support and modules to learn as part of my course however quite often it is fairly disorganized and dosent feel like i am getting the best level of education

  • My qualification relates to around 60% specifically towards my role however these modules that dont immediately relate do have use if supporting the ones that do these are usually the more maths approached modules

  • My employer offers plenty of networking events and some social activities to get involved in which allow me to create new connections in the organization and outside

  • Yes

  • Fantastic programme with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow in the company with an approach that lets you find what you want to do as a role across the business while offering great rewards

  • Keep your mind open to all opportunities that are offered to you as the experience that can be gained is second to none
