  • My role involves preparing food for the days service and for the next few days, cooking food for customers as per their order and requirements, maintaining a clean kitchen and making sure that the kitchen is kept clean to high standard It also involves planning ahead in regards to prep.

  • I have learnt how to act as a supervisor when the head chef or second chef is off work. I have learnt how to complete the daily Paperwork. I have also learned how to complete and submit food orders

  • I enjoy the programme to a high extent because it is preparing me for the potential of moving up within the company

  • The programme is really well organised and structured because i have planned topics sent to me in advance to complete before my monthly meeting.

  • I feel really good that the qualifications i have earned and are working towards have helpled me so much in my role
