  • I enjoy the theory but not so much the assignment side of the program

  • The course itself is well structured but the tutor is seldom available and has been on the sick for some time

  • Not as much as I would like, I don’t get the time to complete my assignments

  • It the training provider isn’t always available, we’ve had mid matches tutus due to our tutor being ill

  • 9b. Why?
  • The plan at the beginning sounded very organised however the communication is poor and I’m not sure where I’m at with my training


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Mitchells & Butlers?
  • Be prepared to do most of the course yourself with little guidance
