  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I have spent 7 months at Schneider electric, and the experience I'm having right now is spectacular as I am getting trained in different departments every 2-4 Months which is great as I get the opportunity to see how the company is putting their product from scratch.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt a lot of new skills one of them are how to be more confident in the tasks I'm doing, communication skills have improved and I have improved my hand tool skills.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • To the point where I enjoy coming to work everyday and I'm happy where I am and with the people I work with, Schneider Electric creates a great atmosphere to work within.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The structure is programed well as we have regular check ups with our managers at leats one every 6-10 weeks.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • The support that we get is great as if we have any problems at work/home they are willing to help in any possible way.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The support that I receive from my training provider is spectacular as they are in contact with us at least every 6 weeks and the training provider sit with us and we have a conversation about how we are doing and if everything is going well.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Very well as I have develop skills such as making improvements in our company and these kind of skills I have started using at work after we have been show how to do it in our qualification.

  • Yes there is as Schneider Electric Invites us to different social activities and profesionals networking events.

  • Yes

  • As Schneider Electric, gives you a support that you haven't/have had before and the opportunities to develop your skills for your future.

  • Be confident and speak truly about yourself and remember don't stress. Everything will be good :)
