  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy this program because it is generalised so it means although I'm working towards something for my business it helps me in general. I spend alot of time thinking about how I can get the most of this program. To make it that even more exciting and enjoyable.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Although I rate my experience a ten/ten I have had a few issues. I feel my program was abit all over the place and wasn't as organised as it can be. However I know people who have done this qualification and they said it was 100% well organised.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive some support from the employer, I feel as an employer they should plan more time into the rotas and schedule to allow the team the correct amount of time to complete the work set by the trainers. This is something I will also feedback to my Area manager.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Although the support from my trainers is amazing I have also had a few issues. My frist trainer left the company so I had to wait a while to be assigned a new trainer and get back upto where I needed to be... then my elvish tutor left as well and I was left without so it concerns me that I lost that support.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel that it allows me to share my newly gained knowledge with the rest of my team. I then apply this to my role and let's me shine and go above and beyond with the knowledge. I perform better when I have the knowledge and can work it into my role.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • We have what we call team nights out. This is where the whole team get together maybe for a meal and a few drinks spending the time in an outside of work environment. This allows us to spend the time away and get to know the rest of the team.
