  • I lead he Facility management companies strategy for Schneider electric, this means to promote, influence and lead people internally and externally to build partnerships and create win win situations

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I've learned much during the process , some of it's about myself and how I can better understand, manage, direct people and set better strategies with robust data, theories and direction whilst understanding the wider internal and external environments which can disrupt or help situations. This is very much about the leadership element and how to navigate what is a tricky and complex topics

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The programme is intense demanding complex and very time extensive which in some cases has had a detrimental effect on spending time with family and friends. However the knowledge I have gained, the people I've met, the experiences I've had the projects I have done will all play dividends in the future

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I think the course is structured well, you can have access to all there amenities and resource i they provide however there's just so much of it. Its pretty difficult sometimes understand where you can get what especially when you're dealing with balancing home work study life. its more like a full time course.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • They are very supportive I speak to my mentor manager and colleagues about the course and why I've learned and share some of those learnings I also have time off work during office hours which is very helpful when completing projects and deadlines

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The training provider is very supportive much of the work is organized in such a way where you have access to recordings, support material and if needed access to the tutors for guidance on what you have produced overall very good.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Wear many hats it's provided much to think about and new practical ways to challenge the business, people and the environment. My ability to influence and use theories and models which could enhance my business are definitely stronger

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Not many opportunities due to COVID, however, the onside days where good.

  • Yes

  • Schneider electric is an amazing company , it's not the product's or services which makes Schneider, it's the people and the people that work at Schneider Electric passionate, friendly and supportive.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Schneider Electric?
  • If you wanna work at Schneider electric, you must have passion, drive and the ability to cope with consistent change as this change drives the business and keeps Schneider Electric at the top of his game. Be passionate about digital, and sustainability but more so be passionate about the customers it serves and their needs.
