  • Have found the Coaching Apprenticeship a great way to study and work at the same time - working on-line has been really useful to fit around working hours. Great way to continue learning after doing a psychology degree 30 years ago - and now to move towards a new qualification. Great experience and would recommend.

  • Sitting in a development role, coaching is so relevant and with our focus on coaching for our leaders and employees this is a amazing skill to have.

  • Focus on the unique value you bring to an organisation, share the areas where you will bring a disruptive mindset, new ideas, innovation and creativity - the company looks for candidates with potential and then you can develop your skills further and further once you have joined the company. You can then have the opportunity explore different career pathways
