A lot. The apprenticehip is structured really well, and is helping me become chartered within my field. Expanding my Procurement knowledge through the CIPS apprenticeship via SRSCC has been invaluable so far. I look forward to progressing onto Level 5 in the future.
Very organised and strucutred. We use an online portal which distibutes our workload and allows us to submit work as well. We also have dashboard to easily monitor our progress and off the job hours.
Flexbility has been given when I have needed time off for an exam and studying during the week.
So much flexibility. Sometimes I will have a busy period at work and we will re assess timelines for assignements. They are very inderstanding.
Better understanding of different porcurement skills I can use to get the best value from my suppliers and internal stakeholders.
