On a day to day basis my role is to send parts to vendors for repair. I also buy new material for engines.
I have developed many skills including leadership, confidence, and production knowledge.
i really enjoy my programme , no day is the same and it is a challenging environment
my programme is very organized, each year i am progressing and learning more.
i receive great support from my employer as and when it is needed.
i receive a great amount of support from my training provider and they are always there to help with anything i need.
i feel like my qualification does not help a great amount with my current role.
there are many voluntary activities that we can take part in within the business.
