  • Shift manager and assisting manage with day to day running of the store including controlling gap, placing orders and stock count

  • I did enjoy the programme but sometimes struggling to find the time

  • It was well organised and the my life platform was easy to navigate

  • I received any support from my manager throughout the course and with my project. I do feel I could of benefited from 1 day a month for study leave and study leave for my final assessments, but that was not provided.

  • My training provider gave lots of advice and was always clear that I could contact him if I needed any further help with him.

  • I have learnt a lot about different management styles and motivation factors that have helped me in my role and also the customer section has helped a lot
