  • It is making sure products are safe, legal and fit for purpose. My role is to ensure all products meet these requirements before landing on the shelves.

  • I have definitely learnt a lot more about quality management systems. I have developed several skills one of which is communication. Now, I understand more about quality and how it is involved in everything that we do.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy this programme. It made me think more about what I do and why I do it. It made me question things to ensure my time is used efficiently. It has helped me understand my role more.

  • Very well organised, [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] are always prepared. All the lectures are structured well and 121s are always very helpful.

  • My employer is probably not as involved, it is mainly me working through the assignments. When I do ask for their input, they do support.

  • Whenever I ask for help, they are always willing to support.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It has helped me develop skills and become better at asking questions. It has made me question how things are done and given me more drive to improve things such as processes.

  • It's a good company, there are a lot of friendly people and it's a growing business.

  • Don't be scared, everyone is friendly and your "interview" will feel like a friendly chat.
