1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

One Day a week At Uni the rest is at work, in first year we work on a group project and after that we go onto rotation, we also spend some of our time organizing and hosting STEM events.

I have learned an incredible amount when it comes to coding as I already had a firm foundation in electronics.

I love my program, I've met many great people and the environment is incredibly supportive and friendly.

I receive an incredible amount of support from my manager as well as the company overall.

I receive a lot of support to back up my training

It gives me a solid foundation of knowledge as well as practical skills to allow myself to understand new subjects.

We organize and host many STEM events for young people.

Character is key, you don't need to be the strongest academically but if you are a hard worker and are of good character, you will fit right in.
