All training (educational) is properly organised moths in advance and is constantly communicated. On the job training is also organised frequently with the appropriate time to complete it

there is a system in place which includes multiple levels of management and peer groups to support the apprenticeship.

they are available outside of the classrooms via emails and forums

yes there are a verity of committees and groups to get involved with as well as frequent social vents

there is no/little scope to move around to different departments once you are allocated a department which is difficult since you are unable to pick a department yourself
