  • I'm accountable for devising and leading the business strategy for delivering optimum operational performance for digital sales channels across the KFC UK&I estate. I lead a team of SMEs that support KFC's 1000 restaurants, across 30+ franchise businesses.

  • Yes; I've developed my academic writing skills, my understanding of various academic models and theories, as well as my ability to critical evaluate both myself and others/other material.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I've found the programme to offer a good balance between useful structure and the flexibility to work at my own pace and in a way that feels comfortable for my own preferences.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme structure has been clear, with good levels of communication from programmes leaders. It's also very straightforward to find out more information when needed.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • All that's necessary. It can be a challenge finding the time to dedicate to studying and on-the-job learning, but my line manager and colleagues are very supportive of the importance of doing so.

  • All that's required. They're quick to respond to queries and they've built time into the programme to check in on progress.

  • Significantly. By unlocking more self-confidence and better understanding of business.

  • Lots. There are a range of groups to get involved with.

  • Yes

  • The culture of the business is excellent - it's extremely people centric. The rewards and benefits feel above average, and career progression is readily available.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to KFC UK & I?
  • The business is invariably more interested in your values, personal preferences and personality than your experience and qualifications. The latter(s) are important, but be ready to share who you are as a human - and be comfortable being yourself, because the business encourages diversity.
