I am a shift runner.I have to organise the shift,ace in place,check and count the stock,doing the paperwork, receive orders,trainee the new staff, open and close the tills,look after the cleanliness,solve any maintenance issues,keep contact with suppliers.
I have learnt about a professional customer service and the global franchise business.I understand why is important the great client experience and impact of the good team work for profit.
I really happy with my programme.The hospitality is my passion and I can understand the topics easily in spite of I am not a native speaker.
In my opinion the programme is well organised.Every each topic is a new adventure, either I can improve my language skills and improve my vocabulary as well.
I get a support from my employer.I can learn for free,what is fantastic.
I receive a great support from my training provider.If I have any question they don't hesitate to give the correct information.They are friendly and helpful.
I definitely perform better in my job!I can handle better the customer's complaints and I can organise easier my shifts.
