    • Too run shop accordingly. Manage team and make sure tasks that are set are completed. Cashing up. Doing delivery’s!

    • I e learnt that self reflection is a good tool and so are having a visual’to do’ list for all to see

    • Very much it’s an eye opener and I can already see that I’m noticing things I would never have noticed before
