  • In my role I complete a wide range of duties such as, answering the main phone line for child and family services and transfer them to the correct department. I also make red birthing packs for the health visiting service to give to newly parents to keep record of their children's data. I also make room booking for the department in a varied of different locations this room bookings will only be for people in child and family services.

  • I've learnt new systems and new say to communicate with a wider range of people. i have also learnt how to teach myself new way to learn and develop my skills.

  • I have enjoyed the programme as it has helped me learn new skills I didn't think I would enjoy.

  • my programme is very good and well planned out work and lessons attached.

  • I feel it has helped as it has let me know about different types of customers I might come across and how they might feel in different situations.
