  • 9a. Would you recommend BT to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • The program i am on has been me a great deal of knowledge about the products BT sell and excellent training regarding my role which has been extremely beneficial as I had no previous experience. The support and encouragement is second to non and has been the biggest factor as well as the potential to progress in me remaining dedicated and motivated.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BT?
  • To stay the course and see where the qualifications take you as there is a wide variety of roles within the business to progress into and there will always be a role that is suitable for you. Also to take things within your stride and go at your own pace as if you like me have come from a different working background you may need longer to learn.
