helping customers with their day to day queries offering them ways to save money and overall giving them a resolution to ensure we stick to our brand promise which is to always give personal service with a premium network.

i enjoy my programme alot although it can be quite tiring at times we always get the support we need on the days we are like this.
my programme is very structured as we always have a schedule to follow everyday but can be flexible at times when you need to move it around. it is very organised as we have assigned people for everything
we do get supported alot in the day in my job allowing us to always have someone there for support as we do need it alot of the time
our training providor always ensures we know exactly what to do
it allows us to reflect on what we learn day to day and jog our memory
