in my role i speak to customers on the phone about all their queries they may have in regards to their phones, bills, deliveries and whatever they would need help with and give the best and most personal service i can while doing this
i am now better at speaking to people and articulating words however the main take away would be a complete boost in my confidence
i enjoy the appreniship work more than the job itself however this is fine because both are okay
very organised, everything has a purpose and has a time to complete it
if you need any support theyre quick to assist or if every you need anything they will help
even more so than work, the appreniship team always are there to help and assist you with work any time you need
it assists a lot as customer service is the core of all we do in my job role
theres always stuff to do like competitions and things in work
Yes
its a good company to work for and lots of benefits such as discounts on phones and good pay, also gains yo a lot of experience in customer service
stick to it as its difficult at the beginning but trust your abilities and you have the chance to go far in the company
