EE customers will call us to get assistance with any issues they may have received on the EE network, we then use the provided systems to help resolve the customer issue and inform them of why the issue was happening.
I believe since starting this apprenticeship my communication skills have improved a lot.
I enjoy what i do as there is always different situations and issues to deal with so its not always repeating over and over.
Very organised, the schedule is always changing and were always participating in different things.

A good amount to make sure we all stay up to date on our work and were still enjoying the apprenticeship
