  • I start with care at 07:00 and then from 11:00-17:00 I’m in the office. Doing schedules, reviews, spot checks, comms audits. Speaking with clients and there families. It’s a good variety of caring and admin.

  • Yes, how the system works. What forms need to be done, when taking on a new package. How to do reviews, audits, risk assessments.

  • She’s always available via text and email and there when I need her.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • It’s a wonderful place to work, very friendly office team and management. Available when you need a chat. Open door policy. Good training and you can get extra qualifications if you want to.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Right at Home?
  • Be open minded, it’s not easy at times, but it’s always rewarding. You go home knowing that you have made a difference in someone’s life.
