  • I have gained confidence and communication skills throughout my apprenticeship. I struggled with these previously.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Had a tough start but due to a change in tutor, it is much more enjoyable, and I am getting the work done now.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Now it is very good. For the first few months of my apprenticeship it was difficult as there was no real structure. A change in tutor has fixed this.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • A lot. Any time I need help it is given, and free time is given to me to complete my work in office hours.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My new tutor is great. Any time I am struggling I can email/call them and they will be on hand to help me right away.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It is helping me gain new skills. Especially time management. Knowing I’ve got multiple things to do, it helps me manage my time and prioritise the more important tasks.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There is not extra-curricular activities but we do spend time together as an office group by going to the pub after work or out for a meal together.
