i am an argm in kfc. the job role requires me to assist in the day to day running of the store and to coach my team of managers on how to achieve store targets.
i have learnt new ways to view myself and new ways to proactively coach other staff
i enjoy the apprenticeship i am doing and it is helpful alongside my developing career of argm
not very well. i have had 3 different learning coaches which has not helped me as it has made it harder to relate to the person as they have been changed
not enough as sometimes i am not given the time off for my zoom calls which makes it challenging having to do it from lobby or my car
