  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It was divided into Developing Me, Safety, Product, Customers, Systems and People. Each section had different subtopics. Part of the programme involved face to face meetings and working in a group which was very valuable, and part of it involved working by myself. I had mentor meetings throughout, which helped me when I was having issues with managing my workload.

  • I learned a lot about resources and time management and developing team members, how to allocate and delegate to become efficient, how to implement development plans in life. • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • My work also involves extra curricular activities. I organise trade night outs, where we take our customers on a meal or a sport activity like golf, horse races or something different like foot golf. This is vital to create those long lasting relationships with our customers, and suppliers, who usually get involved to.
