  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt to delegate more as this not only helps myself to focus on higher prioritising tasks that require my assistance. I've realised that delegating can also assist in the progression of my team and to also continue undertaking those tasks if I'm absent for any reason.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme structure was well planned. From the start our mentor/facilitator went through introductions for those on the programme. All sessions were booked in advance for the year through calendar invites. Support was there 100% from my team, manager, and director allowing me to concentrate on my programme throughout.

  • My manager said from the start support is always there and allowed time for me to concentrate on my programme. Setting time aside with regular catch ups with both my manager and mentor gave me any additional support or assistance required which I really appreciated. The support was always there.
