  • The apprenticeship program at the society is excellent, the amount of support you receive is amazing. From the Early talent cohort that you meet on day 1, to the ET manager, Line manager, Buddy and mentor. All there to support my development throughout my society. The ET program is great and is a good ice breaker to get to know fellow new starters. There are amazing opportunities to get involved in with our partners.
